Why is my VIP missing?

Unfortunately, it may take a few days for the purchased product to show up on your MovieStarPlanet account. It all depends on the service provider.

If you used a paysafecard, your payment may take several days to complete. If you have not received your product within 2 days from the day of completing the transaction, please contact us on Support to get more information.

 

If you used Boku and have not yet received your product, please contact Boku support by clicking here, then they will confirm the transaction with us. The product will be transferred within 24 hours.

 

If you used another payment method (Apple/Google/Other) and have not yet received your product, please contact our Support directly.

Please remember to include the following information:

  • The name of the MovieStarPlanet account you made the purchase for
  • The transaction number you received at the end of the purchase attempt if applicable.
  • A screenshot or a copy of the receipt (or other proof of purchase).
