Unfortunately, it may take a few days for the purchased product to show up on your MovieStarPlanet account. It all depends on the service provider.
If you used a paysafecard, your payment may take several days to complete. If you have not received your product within 2 days from the day of completing the transaction, please contact us on Support to get more information.
If you used another payment method (Apple/Google/Other) and have not yet received your product, please contact our Support directly.
Please remember to include the following information:
- The name of the MovieStarPlanet account you made the purchase for
- The transaction number you received at the end of the purchase attempt if applicable.
- A screenshot or a copy of the receipt (or other proof of purchase).
