Here are the next steps you can take:
- Make sure you’re trying to connect to the right domain. MovieStarPlanet has different domains for each country, each in its own language. Click on the flag in the top right hand corner to change where you’re logging in.
- Check that you’re using the correct username. You can use your account across all MovieStarPlanet’s games, but not across domains. You’re welcome to create a new account on any domain you like.
