How to redeem a Gift Card?
1. Log on to your MovieStarPlanet 2 account
2. Open the Setting menu
3. Click the "Redeem Code" button
4. Type in the code from your gift card and press "Redeem"
How to buy a Gift Card?
1. Go to the MovieStarPlanet 2 frontpage in a web browser on your laptop or desktop computer
2. Click the "Gift Card" button and choose the Gift Card that you would like to purchase
3. Follow the purchase instructions
4. Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an email with the Gift Card redeem code as well as a PDF file you can print out if you wish
Important information about the Gift Card
- Gift Cards are game specific. MovieStarPlanet 2 Gift Cards can only be redeemed on MovieStarPlanet 2. Gift Certificates for MovieStarPlanet are sold separately.
- Gift Cards are country specific. Make sure to purchase your Gift Card for the correct MovieStarPlanet 2 country. You can always check the country your already purchased Gift Card is valid for by looking at your Gift Card email or the attached PDF.
- MovieStarPlanet 2 Gift Cards can be redeemed both in the mobile app as well as the browser version of the game. Gift Cards can only be purchased through the browser version of the game.
- Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for real money.
- Gift Cards can only be redeemed once.
- They can be used at any time, but we advise you not to wait too long to redeem them on your account. If you wait more than a year before using it, some items you would have normally received may not be added to your account.
