Apple & Google Payment Error: Purchase not Completed

If you are seeing the “Purchase not Completed” error message, this means that you have not yet received the product you have purchased.

 

If you see this error message, please contact our Support team directly.

 

Please include the following information:

  • The name of the MovieStar you made the original purchase for
  • Whether you made the purchase through Apple or Google
  • The transaction number you received at the end of your purchase
  • The purchase receipt
