If you believe that you have made the purchase in the correct country, yet still keep on seeing the error message, please contact our Support team directly.
Please include the following information:
- The name of the MovieStar you made the original purchase for
- Whether you made the purchase through Apple or Google
- The transaction number you received at the end of your purchase
- The purchase receipt
