Apple & Google Payment Error: Purchase in Progress

If you are seeing the “Purchase in Progress” error message inside the game, this might mean that Apple/Google is trying to prevent you from making two purchases at once.


This can happen, for example, in the following situations:

  1. You made a purchase, but the payment was taking so long to go through that you thought it did not work, and then decided to try and make the purchase again
  2. If you accidentally clicked the “Buy” button twice
  3. An older purchase attempt is still being processed by Apple and Google, thus preventing you from making any new purchases
  4. You bought a product with another MovieStarPlanet account and that purchase has not gone through yet. You are now using the same AppleID or GoogleID to try and buy a product for a different MovieStarPlanet account

If you keep seeing this error message and don’t get the product you originally purchased, please contact our Support team directly.


Please include the following information:

  • The name of the MovieStar you made the original purchase for
  • Whether you made the purchase through Apple or Google
