If you are seeing the “Purchase in Progress” error message inside the game, this might mean that Apple/Google is trying to prevent you from making two purchases at once.
This can happen, for example, in the following situations:
- You made a purchase, but the payment was taking so long to go through that you thought it did not work, and then decided to try and make the purchase again
- If you accidentally clicked the “Buy” button twice
- An older purchase attempt is still being processed by Apple and Google, thus preventing you from making any new purchases
- You bought a product with another MovieStarPlanet account and that purchase has not gone through yet. You are now using the same AppleID or GoogleID to try and buy a product for a different MovieStarPlanet account
If you keep seeing this error message and don’t get the product you originally purchased, please contact our Support team directly.
Please include the following information:
- The name of the MovieStar you made the original purchase for
- Whether you made the purchase through Apple or Google
