You can use the template below for inspiration - the more information you give us, the better.
- What is the issue?
- Which feature/s are impacted by the issue (for example, Movies, ArtBooks, chatrooms)...
- When did the issue happen the first time? (If you’re not certain of the date, you can write “last week” / “last month” / etc).
- Who does it impact? Does it happen only on one of your accounts, or all of them? Do you know if other players are having the same problem?
- Where does it happen (PC or App)? If you encounter the bug on the MovieStarPlanet / BlockStarPlanet App, please let us know below if you use iOS or Android, and which kind of phone / tablet you play on.
- Please attach screenshots, or even a video showing the issue.
