When you purchase VIP you will gain access to VIP-exclusive features for the duration of the membership / package.
When purchasing VIP you not only get access to the VIP exclusive features you also get StarCoins and Diamonds; Diamonds can only be obtained by purchasing either VIP or a TopUp.
