Changes to VIP memberships.

We're excited to introduce you to the new VIP Subscription feature!

Yes! You read it right! 

VIP is now a SUBSCRIPTION that auto-renews.

Why did you change the VIP system?

We believe that by updating our premium memberships to align with modern standards and practices we are able to consistently offer our players the best possible products.


MovieStarPlanet's first VIP membership model was released more than ten years ago. A lot has changed since then, and as we've adapted to the end of Flash, and moved onward to Unity, it made sense to adjust other areas of our gaming environment. 


What are the most prominent changes?

  • The VIP tiers (Normal, Elite, Star) will be replaced with a singular VIP subscription.

  • There are 3 VIP subscription types, with different renewal intervals: 1 month, 3 month or 1 year.

  • All users can now purchase Top-Ups, but only VIP subscribers can purchase the Diamond Top-Up.

  • There are now 5 levels of Top-Ups to choose from; Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. 

Campaign Items are now exclusive to the 1 year VIP subscription, or the Diamond Top-Up.



Can I still make a one-off purchase?

Top-Ups are one-off purchases where you can Top-Up your StarCoins and Diamonds. 

All VIP purchases will be subscription based. You can deactivate your subscription at any point after you've completed the purchase.


How do I manage my subscription?

Is my payment information safe? 

Yes. Per industry standards and requirements, your payment details are stored by a third party payment provider depending on which payment method you have chosen.

What if I forget my password while I have an active subscription?

What about my current VIP?

If you already have a recurring VIP membership, the current agreement will continue until you choose to end it, after which you can sign up for a VIP subscription.

Please note that certain changes have been made to the product selection, and that items that were previously available will not be issued with new subscriptions.
