SMS payments may fail due to one or more of the following reasons:
- You do not have enough credit on your mobile phone
- You haven't enabled the option to make purchases on the internet with your phone. If so, please contact your mobile provider to make sure this option is enabled
- Your mobile carrier is not supported by BOKU (our payment provider)
If you think that your payment failed due to another reason, please contact our payment provider BOKU directly and explain your problem to them.
