Why is my VIP missing?

Thanks for buying a VIP membership.

We know that it’s super exciting to become VIP. Unfortunately, it may take a few days for the purchased product  to show up on your BlockStarPlanet account, it all depends on the service provider.

If you paid for the VIP package but did not receive it, please contact Support.

Please remember to include the following information:

  • The name of the account you make the purchase for
  • The iTunes / Google Play invoice that you received after the purchase
