I can’t remember my password. What do I do?

Are you getting a message saying your password is wrong? If so, don’t panic. Your account is probably safe, just as you left it the last time you played.

Start by verifying that you are trying to log in at the right domain. BooniePlanet has different domains for each country. To connect to the US domain, please go to: www.BooniePlanet.com on the computer or select the relevant flag on the app:

If you indeed are on the correct domain and still unable to connect, you may have forgotten your password.

You can get your password back if you have played MovieStarPlanet in the past and have assigned an email to your account. Go to www.MovieStarPlanet.com while playing on a computer and click on “Forgot Password?” on the front page. Then check your inbox for an email from MovieStarPlanet. This should allow you to  pick a new password for your account.

If you never assigned an email to your account, or you can't access this email at the moment, you will have to contact Support.

Remember to include:

  • The name of the account you are trying to get back and its level
  • The MSP receipt (or other documentation) of the last purchase made for that account
