Are you getting a message that your password is invalid? If so, don’t panic! Your account is probably safe and sound, just as you left it the last time you played.
Start by verifying that you are trying to connect to the right domain. MovieStarPlanet has different domains for each country. To connect to US, please go to MovieStarPlanet.com on the computer, or select the correct flag on the app.
If you are on the right domain and you still cannot connect, you can retrieve your password back by clicking "Forgot Password?" on the front page when playing on a computer. After that, don't forget to check your inbox! An email from MovieStarPlanet will be waiting for you there and you will be able to choose a new password for your movie star.
If you haven't connected any email to your account, or you can't access it at the moment, you will have to write us.
Please don't forget to send along:
- The username and level of the account you are trying to retrieve
- The MSP receipt (or any other document) of the last purchase made on that account
